It was my first trip to the Phoenix area. This is a very convenient location visiting the south and east valley. It is close to the Fashon Mall, 101, and 202. I had a 1 King Bed Studio Suite. The room was clean and in pretty good condition except for a 'ghost' dresser drawer and the shower door. The drawer would open on its own. I ended up just not using that drawer. The shower door did not open smoothly. There is no in-room safe.
The front desk staff was nice. Breakfast was good and have slight changes daily. I haven't stayed at a Homewood suites for at least 6-7 years. I didn't know about they no longer have daily happy hour! A Manager Happy Hour is only on Wed night, no hot food.
One of the 2 computers was broken for at least a week. There were filter water next to the ice machine on each floor. My checked-in staff didn't mention this but I overheard about it when I was at the front desk on a later day.
