I called the day of my arrival at 7:14PM to let the front desk know my flight would be coming in late that evening and to ensure we wouldn't need to check in beforehand. The youn male who answered the phone was by far the rudest person I've ever talked to. This person should not be allowed to interact with the public. He was very short with me and seemed annoyed that I even called. The call literally only took a minute of his time (to be exact). He said I would be fine to check in late and I thanked him and said I would see them soon. He just hung the phone up on me. It's disheartening to be kind and in return be treated so poorly! YOU ARR TAKING MY HARD EARNED MONEY and that is how you treat me. My son is in the military and just returning from a year long deployment. THIS PLACE is where I chose to stay and invite my son so we can all be together. Terrible mistake on my end because it only got worse. At check in, there was a lovely young woman that checked us in so I thought things would get better. She was so kind and personable. In my opinion she could get a better job than this Hyatt because it's beneath her exceptional service. Now to the room, IT WAS DISGUSTING! Barely even surface cleaned. The floor was BLACK from filth and stains (I have pictures), there was what appeared to be fears on the bathroom wall (didnt notice until the last day), there were huge stains under the cushion of the couch which appeared to be urine, there was food crumbs on the floor in one of the rooms from the guest(s) prior and the last straw for me was the two inch gap under the front door which let the cool air out and blazing heat in. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. It felt more like a Motel 6 thank a Hyatt. Not to mention all of the structural code violations I noticed outside. There is dry rot through the property, mostly around the stairs. The stairs all lean downward and I believe it's because the dry rot has compromised the integrity of the structure. This place is shameful to the Hyatt brand!

NO Elevators. I booked a 2 bed suite to accommodate my dad in a separate room for privacy. The 3rd floor walk up was a bit much for us all with luggage. The space itself was clean and spacious. I just would have booked a handicapped version of this suite had I known about the lack of elevator. Got little info at check in due to long wait for one guest and only got a map to find our room after app check in. Breakfast was good. I would stay again for the price and accommodations, but I would know to request ground floor room and also ask for wifi access since it was only allowed through app and I could only use it.

I usually don’t do these reviews but I have to say I had the best experience. The customer service was amazing. Breakfast was perfect. The pool was the perfect temperature and my kids loved it all! We would stay here again and again for sure.
