Knights Inn Phoenix North

I was charged $221.34 for 2 room changes. The reason for the room changes was because the doors wouldn't lock. The room I did get, I needed to clean what looked like blood off of a couple of the walls. Also I cleaned the shower walls. I only stayed because of my money was running low and being Thanksgiving Holiday all flights home were booked.

This is the hotel from a horror story. I don't normally post bad reviews but you NEED to not go here. When we got there, after reserving 2 queens in a non-smoking room, we found the room they gave us had a king size mattress ON THE FLOOR and the room smelled of smoke so bad I couldn't breathe. There were insect remains on the floor around the mattress. I went back to request a different room, and was given the key to a room that looked like the door had been pried open by the police at some point, with multiple bags of trash and rotten food in the room. There was a tweaker out front picking bugs out of his jacket and about 6 or 7 cops pulled up while we were trying to find another place to go. AND they still charged me.

This is the worst hotel no TV bathroom full of roaches no phone feel very dirty this place needs to be shut down.the bathroom has no shower curtain it dirty the door was not safe some one can break in at anytime they don't want to give refunds for dirty room with roaches i understand it's a cheap place but damn it should feel a lil safe and clean.for this price.
