Red Roof Inn Hotel Phoenix

CONNIE is RUDE!! My flight was canceled after midnight and I was given a stay by the airline. Got to the hotel at 2:30 AM. I called the front desk manager who's name is Connie. She cut me off 3 times when I attempted to ask her for a later check out and quoted me policies. I asked her to implement a bit of empathy and pointed out that she had cut me off while I was speaking. She lacks customer service skill. I have no idea how she is a supervisor for this property.

No water in room, dirty floor, smells like smoke - hotel feels so run down and old that I’ve had a nicer experience at a Motel6.

I love staying a Red roof Inn’s and this one didn’t disappoint. Great WiFi connection, great placement in a quiet spot, Nice room and seating. A nice clean room, and bedding. Also you’re close to Downtown Tempe, and the Phoenix airport. I definitely recommend a stay here.
