Super 8 Pinetop

Another happy experience at Pinetop Studio Suites. I stay here on every trip to visit my hometown and spend time with my parents. This place has all I need, it is clean, the staff is friendly and responsive.

Worst night sleep. Sure, I was aware that the property was under a remodel, but that did not prepare me for the chaos. Apparently they were remodeling, but "are done for now". Wow, this place is special in all the wrong ways. The lobby is gutted and in a half state of redo. The common bathroom off of the pool area was a disaster with no soap or towels. One look at the pool and we decided there would be no swimming or soaking for us. They did attempt to redo this place ala boutique hotel, they put in a bunch of modular furniture in the rooms with luxury vinyl planking throughout. Hint, there is a reason that hotels use carpet throughout - to dampen the sound. This place just echoes and the sounds are amplified (kids, talking, and dogs barking at all hours). The mattresses were old and uncomfortable. The A/C units kind of worked but it was a hot/cold cycle through the night, never reaching a comfortable temperature. We couldn't use the light in the bathroom because the fan made a horrible banshee screeching. The back door of the hotel is broken, so there is no security. And it is definitely used as a long-term rental. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I love pinetop studio because I love the pool and how bit the hot tub is it is so cool I love and the rooms are clean and big I love the employees they are so nice and thank you so I give this a 5 star
