This was absolutely the most disgusting hotel I have EVER stayed at. First room had stains in the tub and the water did not drain. Second room had very large stains on both queen bed bedspreads. Third room was only acceptable because it was 10pm and I did not want to change hotels. The one star rating is for Kevin who dealt with finding an acceptable room, he also took pics and commented how Horrendous the second room was. I am writing a review here since they did not send a link for my review after my stay, what a surprise. I have sent a complaint directly to Quality Inn.

Review for Quality Inn – Prescott, Arizona
I had to work in Prescott this weekend and booked a room at the Quality Inn, assuming the brand would offer the same decent experience I’ve had in the past. Unfortunately, this stay was the complete opposite — something has gone seriously wrong at this location.
Check‑in was the first red flag. Only one employee was working the front desk, and while there were guests waiting to check in, she repeatedly prioritized long phone calls over the people standing right in front of her. Two couples were ahead of me, and each time the phone rang, she stopped helping guests to answer it. After multiple lengthy calls, she finally told the third caller to ring back in 25 minutes because the lobby was full of guests waiting. This should have been the standard from the beginning.
The room itself was even worse. The moment we walked in, we were hit with a strong musty, wet, dirty‑sock smell. It was impossible to ignore. The next morning, as I walked to get the continental breakfast, I saw multiple room doors propped open with large blower fans running. The entire hallway smelled like moisture, mildew, or harsh industrial carpet cleaner — clearly a major issue with water damage or poor cleaning practices.
Breakfast was minimal — apples, oranges, yogurt, a waffle machine, muffins, and coffee. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely not impressive.
Checkout was déjà vu. Once again, only one employee was alone at the desk, stuck on another long phone call while guests waited. The gentleman in front of me was frustrated, and so was I. After watching her spend over 10 minutes explaining deposits to someone on the phone — instead of helping the people physically standing there — I finally put my door cards on the counter and walked out.
This is simply unacceptable customer service.A hotel with two computer stations should have two employees during peak check‑in and check‑out times. Leaving one person to juggle in‑person guests and lengthy phone calls is poor management and a terrible experience for paying customers. The most important customers are the ones standing at your desk — not the ones calling with endless questions.
Between the awful room odor, the obvious moisture issues, and the complete lack of front‑desk support, this stay ruined my trust in Quality Inn. I will never return to this location, and honestly, this experience makes me question the brand as a whole. Major changes are needed — and fast.

This was a trip to visit grandkids that recently moved to Arizona. We arrived and were greeted courtesly by a very nice woman that makes jewelry. We booked a 4 night stay and we were told if you need service just call before 11 daily. After 3 night s they would automatically come service the room. They serviced the room the first night. I called every day to get the room service only to come back the second night to no towels or service. We were told they had an issue with towels, and we were very patient and understanding. 3rd night no service. Called again for service on the final day only to come back to card key not working. Front desk attendant followed us to our room to make sure key worked and again no service. Trash not emptied etc. He said "hard to find good help at 14.00 hr". On checkout I explained all of the above, and he just stared at me; no apology.....nothing. Unbelievable at 478.00 and he was told we stay every two months in Prescott. Same price at Holiday Inn Express with excellent service...go there.
