Antelope Hills Inn

I stayed in the exstended stay in 206 this is an unsafe motel not up to code at all two outlets and a space heater in the wall started sparking where the microwave was and the tv was plugged into and then sparks started flying out the wall space heater one right after another I stayed there for a month with a shower that only stayed hot for 5 mins and me and my daughter and son were there and also the bolts in the couch fell out and me and my daughter fell through it when we sat down after the sparks and smell of electrical fire from the outlets and wall heater sparked I told the office about the water heater not staying hot a week in half into the stay they said that the maintenance guy would show up while I was at work that they can just walk in when ever they want even if I’m not there no one came and fixed the water heater at the end of my stay 4 days before I was made to check out do to the safety is when the electrical danger happened I was told they would send some one over immediately 3 days later which is today Oct 6 2025 a day before my renewal date for another month I was told that they cant have me stay another month due to softy issues but that I should stay my last night till tomarrow the 7 th of Oct I asked why can o stay tonight and not longer then if it’s a safety issue it has been 3 nights since and when someone was going to fix it? Lisa the manager then told me that she could not and that she called some one to come fix it but didn’t know when they are showing up I asked for the corporate number or owner some one above her and she told me no that there isn’t one and she would not give me the owners number I checked out tonight and she did not reimburse me for my last night stay that I did not use I paid 1600$ for the month I stayed here and only got the exercise that it is a motel not an apartment also every time I walk in the office where their personal apartment is that they stay on grounds always smells like marijuana even in the office area there was still vacancy and I got denied a room to be transferred to this place needs a code inspection and new management or hired management like the owners to come and intervene I am homeless now because of this was saving money staying here to rent a home in chino valley for me and my children and fiancé who is coming to now no place to live there is no accommodation and no care no professionalism and place should not stay open there are people staying in the extended stay on both sides of room 206 that do not know there is an electric safety issue that could cause a fire easily they are connected by the same walls

I have to say 5. It is an older hotel, but was very clean. It was the cheapest one around, but it was much better than expected. Only one thing bothered me, the outside doors are not locked. There was an intruder in the hallway during the night and the staff had to call the police. It didn’t effect us at all. Staff was friendly and helpful

Our King bed suite was in excellent condition. This is a way better 2 star hotel than others I have stayed in. We liked the location because we didn't need to stay in downtown Prescott. We could barely hear the planes in the morning, I'm a light sleeper and this is a very quiet place! Everything was clean, the bed was comfy, and the front desk was nice!
