Their attention to detail, incredible recommendations, genuine hospitality, and amazing personalities transformed our stay from excellent into an unforgettable experience. The Scott Resort & Spa is a beautiful property, but what truly makes it exceptional is the people. From the moment we arrived, every interaction was warm, thoughtful, and effortless. The team consistently went above and beyond, anticipating our needs and making us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated throughout our stay. Every time we visit, we’re reminded why we keep coming back. The combination of an incredible atmosphere, outstanding service, and a staff that truly cares creates an experience that is difficult to match. Where do I start! We got scammed out of $1,000 on this trip to the Scott. We had a 3 day reservation and after only 1 night we had a death in the family that resulted in us leaving 2 days early. I spoke to the manager at the front desk and he was compassionate and said our money would be refunded for the 2 unused nights. After we were home for several weeks I noticed that the refund did not appear on our charge card statement. After a lengthy investigation I discovered that the refund went to Priceline.com and that even though the website we used to make the reservations clearly looked like the Scott Hotel and the operator presented herself as a representative of that hotel it clearly was not. This is where I blame The Scott Hotel! They clearly are in bed with these scam booking agencies that act like hotels. I filed a claim to get my refund from Guest Reservations who used Priceline to make the reservation. That website pops up first on google and you cannot tell the difference. Priceline wanted a simple letter from The Scott and that turned out to be a problem. I called the hotel many times asking to speak to manager about this but did not get a return call. The Scott was absolutely no help at all. I see on there website that they are not endorsed by the BBB nor do they list any names and or email to contact anyone, they simply do not want to help! I'm out a thousand bucks. Thanks Scott Hotel!

Staff was great with excellent service, from the pool to the spa to the restaurant. Food was very good.
