FireSky Resort & Spa, a Kimpto

Here for work, but might stay forever! Everyone has been so fantastic between the front desk agent and the dining staff. Mariah at the Canal Club this morning was incredible!! Great service and she went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Will be back for vacation! (And I only live a few hours away)

I have spent there 2 nights with my family and I would like to share my personal experience there. My first impression of the hotel was very nice. I loved the way there was someone opening the door for you every single time you wanted to go in. I also really liked the design of the hotel and the presence of cold drinks to refresh you after a long road. The pool was really nice. It was big, calm and it even had a jacuzzi and a bar. There was even music ! Now for the room, it was very neat and agreable. I really liked the design too. We were not bothered at all by some noises. I actually do not have a lot to say as everything was amazing 🤩 I loved this stay there and I recommend this hotel a 100% !

Lovely hotel with great staff who were very helpful and courteous , especially Cameron at the pool bar who remained chatty and on task despite the 104 degree heat Sadly menu and food options were limited and pricey hence the average review
