My husband and I came here to relax and rest. We thought we were coming to a luxury resort. It is anything but that. We tried to go to the spa but this was impossible. You had to have a spa appointment and there were NONE available. The property seemed as though there weren’t many people staying in it. We had trouble with the toilet, phone in the room, the shower and the management. We have stayed in very nice hotels around the world and this is NOT one. The food was very bad except the steakhouse. My husband is a Lifetime Titanium member with Marriott and that was no help. We will not be back!

Above and beyond service. Great property. Wonderful rooms. Spectacular breakfast. My wife and I spent one night here and three nights at the main hotel on the property. While the main hotel was great this was just one step higher in all regards. Staying here was a last minute decision as we decided to cut are stay at the Grand Canyon short by one day. As we were staying on the same property we asked if there was anything they could do as check out here was 11:00 am and the check in at the main hotel was 4:00 pm. They said that they room was booked for the next night but they offered us a free cabana for the day. Wonderful.

The first thing you notice when entering your resort room is unlike any other the room was nice and open which I really liked and everything was the state of the art including the tv, coffeemaker etc. the hotel had bathrobes which made you feel like kings or queens and if that’s not enough you had several pools on the property to make you feel even more special! I would stay at this resort for the longest time possible because once you arrive you won’t want to end your vacation!
