Baby Quail Inn

This Inn is a masterpiece of simplycity in a town and natural place filled with exciting discoveries! Locally in a part of Sedona, and priced fairly, do not TELL everyone about this motel... keep it for the most sensible people, OK? :) It's top 5...

This place was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Don’t get fooled by the pictures. Was overpriced for what you get. Or I should say what you don’t get. The bed was like sleeping in a taco, sank to the middle, need to replace mattress. I woke up with very bad pain in my neck and back. The bottom sheet kept coming off and you woke up sleeping on the mattress pad. They need to update a lot of stuff.

0 out of 5. Do NOT stay at Baby Quail Inn. There is NO breakfast, and the "hot" tub was NOT at all hot. The customer service is a remote nightmare. Check-in is a frustrating video kiosk, not a real person. When I tried to upgrade our room to fit my family, the manager called my personal cell and was immediately nasty and abrasive. She accused me of yelling at the kiosk guy (I didn't!). She wouldn't stop talking over me. She was so rude and unprofessional to me that my mom actually had to take my phone and hang up on her. We only stayed because it was a holiday week and everything else was booked. We were stuck. The room was gross—think hair all over the walls, no soap, and broken furniture. We checked out three hours early just to escape. The craziest part? The same aggressive manager called my cell unprompted that afternoon asking if we had actually left because the new guests said the room looked "lived in." Maybe that’s because the staff didn't clean it! Save your money and go anywhere else. Do not stay here. It is a nightmare.
