Comfort Suites at Tucson Mall

I do have one complaint that is the door to our room, it was very hard to open. Good things the room was clean, well stocked, just wish they would put in more coffee patches. My wife and I enjoyed our time there so much we stayed another night. The staff was awesome, helpful. Breakfast was great, all the food was excellent and generous if you left hungry it was your own fault.

Clean, great pool, fitness center and breakfast. I’m just a fan of breakfasts. Anyway, they have an employee name Ann. Great person and asset. I arrived late to check in and the computers crashed. Of course this is when everyone needed something from Ann. This girl was calm and polite under pressure. I can’t say I would have especially when she was asked for free stuff for the inconvenience Anyways I felt welcomed because of Ann and it’s great to see customer service isn’t completely lost. In regards to the area, great places to walk for food or shopping with a mall across the street. I did get a sense the area could be troublesome but that’s just my gut and I did not experience anything

Really nice hotel, newly renovated and looks great. The rooms are clean and really nicely done and the bed is so very comfortable although hate the new silk sheets they are using these days in the majority of the hotel in the US, they feel so very hot. You have coffee making in the room, fridge and microwave. Breakfast is usual Comfort inn fare. The staff were very friendly and helpful giving us a list of local walks and restaurants. Could recommend Longhorn and the cheesecake factory, both of which you can walk to but there are quite a few restaurants and fast food places nearby due to the Tuscon Mall being just across the road. Great 3 night stay. Would highly recommend.
