JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa

What a truly lovely place, set high up in the hills surrounded by cacti with fantastic views. So well maintained with fabulous outdoor pool areas which, like the hotel itself were immaculate. Every member of staff I encountered were so polite and helpful. The only negative- hence 4 stars and not 5 was the lack of food options as whilst we were there only 2 restaurant/ dining areas were operational. Give it a visit if you are in the area, it will not disappoint

This hotel is SO unorganized and irresponsible. When I checked in on my first day, they sent me to a room that was already booked. Then, they overcharged me by 950 dollars. I will NEVER stay here again or recommend this hotel. Stay clear of them and find a different place.

The location was secluded, which was what we really wanted at that time. The room showed signs of wear and the signature restaurant was closed. At the time, they were undergoing renovations. I am looking forward to coming back to see what's new.
