A Victory Inn Tolleson

Came into the lobby to check in but a guy named Oliver said he clocked out and closed the register even tho the other person hasn’t even came to cover or take over his shift,he was very rude and smoking his vape it’s suppose to be a non smoking building is not, cause they have no smoking signs everywhere but I guess the manager or someone there doesn't care about their business or about what their employees do DONT CHECK IN HERE (rude, terrible customer service)

So I’m not sure how reviews affect the need for service or quality but my opinion is if you have time to leave a negative review you have to much time on your hands to boot. You get what you pay for America don’t like what you get for your cost remember what you see is a company that helps people more then themselves.. if it wasn’t for Victory And the people I’ve met there help me idk what or where id be.. respectively spoke. joe

Bring your own pillows as they only had 2 flat pillows. They do not have a fitted sheet but instead a flat sheet, tucked under the mattress. Then they have a hospital throw blanket only, so bring blankets if you get cold easily. The amenities say we are supposed to have a mini-fridge but it looks like it was removed. It also said there is room service but they don’t offer that. The phone doesn’t even work. Housekeeping came in and only made the bed, with our personal blanket. They didn’t empty the trash, but they moved our personal stuff around and then took the TV remote. If you get hurt you are SOL because they do not have any first aid kits. The front door to the building is supposed to be key access only but it doesn’t lock. There is no noise control as people will blast their music during all hours of the night. The signs where everything is located are incorrect. Worst hotel ever!!
