The staff from the front desk to the maid service was top shelf. Best breakfast I ever had. Service was always there and attentive. Will be back again soon.

I stayed here pre- and post-Christmas vacation (drove to Phoenix and it was located as a perfect mid-way stop) and it was such a great experience. I dealt with quite a few employees over the three total nights staying there and EVERYONE was so kind and welcoming, unlike many other places I've stayed in the past few years. The rooms were very clean and nicely made and it felt warm and relaxing. The furniture and linens were all in perfect condition and updated and modern. The rooms had the usual small signs of wear and tear (i.e. a small crack in the toilet that had been fixed in one room, a spot of wallpaper that was starting to peel in the shower room in another) which are understandably harder to update without major renovations and which don't affect the cleanliness of the hotel. I'm mentioning them because some people would see that and say the hotel is run-down, but that's not the case, especially considering it's not a 5-star big city hotel and the building is an older hotel with lots of great history, like the murals on the hallway walls. The breakfast we got with our breakfast vouchers was solid in the adjoining restaurant (make sure to tip on the full cost of what your meal would have been, too!) Shout out to our server, Thomas, who was so kind and patient with my son on a busy morning. Overall I felt it was a great, safe, cozy oasis on a long drive and I will definitely stay here again without hesitation!

The hotel is older and pretty clean overall. The room was spacious, beds comfortable, water nice and hot for shower. On the downside for me, the bathroom, especially the toilet, could have been cleaned better, and using a clean rag to wipe the table in the room would be nice, but otherwise, clean room. An RV park is adjacent with a fenced dog area, which was nice for our small dog as there are a lot of stray dogs, so it provides a barrier between them. Overall, our stay was nice.
