BEST WESTERN PLUS GOLD POPPY INN

great place to stay,very little traffic noise from the interstate,comfy beds good cooked breakfast,would highly recomend

The staff at Gold Poppy Best Western far exceeded my expectations by going over and above to meet the needs of my group. I had inadvertently booked too few rooms - and even though they were full, they accommodated our group by switching around several rooms. We were given the highest care and even the use of the breakfast room after hours. They were very attentive and quickly responded to any request we made. I cannot recommend them high enough!

The day before we arrived I discovered that Central Best Western had messed up my reservation. The staff at the Hotel did an outstanding job getting sorted out in no time. Then Alaska Airlines cancelled our flight because of a little snow. The terms of the reservation said I had to cancel more than 24 hours before arrival. I had missed that deadline, The hotel staff charged me one night and waived the rest of the reservation, which was very reasonable. I'm sorry we didn't actually get to stay there, but I thought they should get kudos for excellent customer service.
