Where do I start? The Voyager RV Resort has not had a General Manager for months therefore things are not so good! I am a full time resident and speak from experience! The entryway looks nice and most of the activities are well taken care of. But, the upkeep of the property is lacking to an extreme! The streets in some sections of the park are not being maintained! There are an unlimited amount of potholes and cracks in the streets. There is enough damaged streets to deem them unsafe for walking and biking. Some of our residents require adaptive equipment to walk to activities. Also some feel it’s not safe place to live as it used to be. There has been so burglary attempts of late so be advised to secure your property! We have no security staff only courtesy patrol to assist guests to there site. The gatehouse personnel are basically greeters. Also some of the fence surrounding a portion of the resort is deteriorating and some of the walk gates in that fence are none operational. Also approximately 50% of the street lights do not work and as far as I can tell ther has been no effort to repair them! The best part of the Voyager RV Resort continue to be the residents that live here!
