Windmill Suites St Philips Plaza

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times for work and continue to come back due to the incredible location and great customer service from Yanette at the front desk. She has been the receptionist every time & has helped me navigate my work trips seamlessly. She is very professional, kind, well spoken and considerate of any guests needs. Although she's only been at the hotel since December, I feel like she could train all new receptionists as she is a wonderful representative of Hilton.

We stayed here a few times previously albeit a while ago and before Covid. It’s deteriorated badly and needs renovations. The aircon is too loud to keep on, the beds are poor and the sofa is badly scratched. To make matters worse they only want to provide housekeeping on alternate days. Not good enough.

Beautiful place great staff, convenient to restaurants and other attractions in the area. Very safe.
