Ramada Lucky Lane

I stayed in Room 313. Roaches were in my room. Dead roaches in upper right light fixer. Curtains dirty and mold in room. Shower had hair in it and was dirty. Room smells. A/C runs loud on and off all night and does not get cold. Told manger and he said he does not know how. I offered to show him and he said that's okay. This made me believe he is aware of the issue and has made the active choice to do nothing about it. Stayed one night and never will come back.

I've stayed here before, front desk folks are efficient and friendly, room was clean, beds were fine. Somewhat limited breakfast offerings bur was continually replenished by staff. I'll stay there probably next year

Everyone is always very helpful and the breakfast is great. I feel very safe and secure staying here.
