Best Western Plus Inn Suites Yuma Mall

This is definitely not the standard Best Western Hotel. The room had a really bad odor and the tub was dirty. It was disappointing and I will not be staying here again.

Location was excellent, and price was very reasonable. Very close to the Yuma Outdoor Mall and many restaurants nearby, and it was only 10 minutes from the airport. I found the staff friendly and pleasant during my check-in. The booking website advertised an airport shuttle service which is why I chose this hotel, however, upon arrival I was informed by the staff that they did not offer shuttle service. My room had an unpleasant odor and the air conditioning did not work very well. Worst of all, I found a toenail clipping on the floor in my room which was very off putting! I would not stay here again.

Always look forward to happy hour here. I do my best to make it on time! Ladies running it always in good spirits. Breakfast also great. Glad to be somewhat of a regular.
