We love this place! Convenient location, nice clean rooms, Bistro pub, and gotta love the cookies! Amy greets us with a smile and is so helpful. Paulina was great as well!

Comfortable stay in a king suite with perfect room arrangement for multi-night stay. Bedroom and living space (microwave and mini-fridge) both have separate access to bathroom. Desk, sofa, and chair in living space. Lovely comfortable bed linens and pillows perfect. Very quiet. Large parking lot. Near many restaurants and shopping. Morning breakfast generous. EV charger requires Blink account.

My husband’s return flight to chicago was delayed- through the carrier he was prompted to book (accidentally) an emergency nonrefundable stay ONE MONTH from the date he needed. When he got to the suites he discovered the mistake and that they were booked out. We attempted to get a refund, explaining multiple times that this was an accident and not needed. The manager refused to give the money back, leaving us out almost $200. Would NEVER stay there on principle since this is terrible customer service.
