Brinkley, AR. Was told breakfast was until 9:00. At 8:35 went down….one piece of toast left. If you say breakfast is until 9, you should keep it replenished until 9:00. But more frustrating than that is that at 9:00 we were in the room and the door opens with no knock. The lady says she needs to clean the room later, no apology, no nothing. Check out is at 11:00. Good thing we were both fully dressed. Will not stay here again.

For a budget hotel in rural Arkansas, this Days Inn gets the job done. It's currently under renovation and is looking very nice. Rooms are very clean and spacious, the location is optimal right off I-40, and they have a nice, large indoor pool (although that's drained currently with the ongoing construction).
The shower is decent and the breakfast room is nice, but the continental breakfast is pretty modest. This isn't a bad stop along I-40 for budget conscious travelers. And when you're there, you'll want to stop by the Road Ranger gas station within walking distance where they offer very affordable gas and offer technological gadgets, treats from The Amish-Buggy company, and world-renowned Killer Brownies from Ohio!

I broke down very close to Brinkley, Arkansas, and this hotel was suggested to me by a local AutoZone representative. It couldn’t have been more perfect. It was nicely, renovated, very clean and very quiet. The front desk‘s representative was super sweet and has worked there a long time. This hotel is very lucky to have her.
If you find yourself close to Memphis, I need a place to stop over. I would highly suggest this hotel in Brinkley, Arkansas.
