Hometown Hotel Bryant

My stay was pleasant and quiet room was very clean no bugs no smell of cigarette smoke no noise very peaceful for location and convenience as well

Well educated. Excellent. Answered my questions properly. Conveniently located to restaurant walking distance and Walmart across and close to bus stop. I Than you Hometown and staff along with manager went over and beyond to help accommodate with arrangement with my deposit. Glad I booked directly thru the hotel and not online 3rd Party. They also have there direct website www.hometownhotel.com which what you must use to avoid loosing refunds unless you carry a major cc. Please note this guy's are fair if you can follow policies. Thank you

They refused to honor reservation made through Hotels.com without a Major Credit Card like Visa or Mastercard, but they couldn't accept Visa Debit Card. They would not accept Visa Debit Card, with our reservation. And they refused to refund booking. They said their policy says they don't take reservations without a major credit card as payment. Then they offered to let us book a room with our Visa debit card directly at the front desk at a much higher cost. We asked why they couldn't honor reservation with the Visa Debit, but they could check into Hotel with Visa Debit direct payment at the desk without Major credit card. After they just told us they absolutely do not accept Debit cards. So, we were charged twice, and they never canceled our original booking or gave refund after they said it was refunded and would show back in bank acct within 10 business days. That was June 28, 2026. Still no refund, No explanation. Contacted on multiple occasions and just get excuses. Was even told my bank wouldn't accept refund to my account. Reported Hometown Hotel to Fraud department at my Bank. I hope BBB will get enough complaints, or someone will investigate for fraud, or shady business practices.
