Americas Best Value Inn & Suites-Conway

The absolute worst... do yourself a favor and drive across the street to a different motel. I ended up here because the place I wanted to stay was completely booked and this one had a room. It was an older building and the rooms and bedding were dated. I learned a long time ago to travel with my own bedding. The first room I was put in, the TV didn't work... I can made do without a TV, but the noise was horrific!!! I was moved to a 2nd room at 1:00 a.m. after complaining about the party that the on-site maintenance man was having... the clerk at the desk claimed he could talk to the manager the next day, but he couldn't do anything about stopping the noise. After moving to the other side of the building, I managed to get about 3 hours sleep, I would have been better off driving all night. I showered before daybreak and the sun came up after I dressed. I opened the curtains and in the daylight, it was obvious how disgustingly filthy the rooms were. I went back to the bathroom to dry my hair and brush my teeth and I see hairs stuck to the walls that were not visible at night!!! NOT MY HAIR!!!... blech... and when I went to throw something in the trash can, I discovered the trash can was full!!! NOT MY GARBAGE!!! I couldn't get my stuff in the car fast enough! I drove to a truck stop several miles down the road and finished my hair drying and teeth brushing there... my final destination was my sister's house... I re-showered and washed everything that was in that room and anything that came into close proximity to the things in that room. SO STINKING GROSS!!!

Another older Motel. But clean. I will stay there again. Friendly staff and C/breakfast. Easy to find just off I-40 exit 127. Conway,Ar Walking distance to some restaurants. It’s a 50 dollar a night Motel w/CLC card.

Not a good place to rent even for the night. You’re better off spending $10.00 more and getting a real motel. My wife and I stopped late; after driving 12hours, we were exhausted,(1am.) the night clerk was sleeping in the lobby but woke up to help check us in. When checking the first room, it smelled of cigarettes,( this motel is VERY cigarette smoker friendly.) We were given a different room, next to the elevator/ lobby. While it smelled ok, there was nothing in the way of a blanket. I asked he front desk clerk if we could get something from anywhere else to the reply, “is your heater working?” Then, “We don’t have any blankets anywhere else.” Would you like another bed sheet instead? Thankfully, we had a sleeping bag, pillow and throw in the car. It was only 34degrees outside that night. Who needs blankets anyway? As can be seen, the towels were 3x thicker than the bed cover. Their, “continental breakfast,” is not much, but something. As long as you’re ok with sugar cereal and weak coffee, or honey buns, it’ll do fine.
