HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTEL & SUITES CONWAY

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But this hotel does not seem up to HIE standards. The workmanship in the bathroom was something most 12-year olds could have done better. Just a lack of attention or care. Employees were efficient, but seemed cold. This does not appear to be a great place to work and many seemed stressed. Typical expanded breakfast, but the hot items were lukewarm. Tepid omelettes and congealed gravy are not at the top of my list for breakfast. No hardboiled eggs and the only tea options were Earl Grey and green.

Over the past 4 years I've stayed at this location many times when I visit my daughter at Hendrix. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast is great, and shout out to COURTNEY at the front desk! Always there and always pleasant and helpful. 10/10

Room rates are very high! However the room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very polite. We only stayed one night because there was no vacancy on the second night. That turned out good for us since we stayed at a hotel at a much cheaper rate.
