Poorly maintained grounds; Rm 105 No hot water in Bathroom; furniture worn and creaky; a/c barely cool, AND yet, the owners had a Tesla and Kia EV in driveway...plain to see where the money goes...poor customer service with excuses galore!

A very dirty room, everything was terrible, there were no towels, the beds were dirty as well as the carpet was full of garbage, the oven was quite disgusting as was the small refrigerator, I think that despite the minimum price we deserve a clean room

One shouldn't expect a lot for very low priced rooms. If you're looking for a place that is adequate for a night with no frills - this is OK. The adjoining room to mine had the TV on loud all night... that was a definite negative. I did finally figure out that I could take a couple of pillows and stuff then in the crack under the adjoining door and block most of the sound that way. They did allow an early check-in and the people who work there are quite nice.
