Please listen to the negative reviews. If you love the overwhelming pungent smell of stale cigarettes, weed, and urine being soaked into your belongings just from being in the filthy room, then this is the place for you! The person in the office had to be called because the door was locked, presumably so she could be off getting high which is a pretty safe presumption as the odor of weed was so strong just standing outside the office, you can only imagine how it smelled stepping inside. And that continued all the way to our room. There were finger nails on the sink, mounds of hair EVERYWHERE, the smoke detector was missing (obviously) and again, the presence of cigarette, weed, and urine were so strong both my 10 year old and I were having issues breathing. AND WE FOUND ACTUAL WEED ON OUR NIGHTSTAND, we have pictures! Not family friendly in any, any capacity. Airbnb + Ryan refuse to refund me even though we left after 15 minutes and had to find somewhere else last minute. Unless you want to be smelly, itchy, and miserable DO NOT STAY HERE.

Booked this room for my trip to take my 70 year old mother for birthday. Got the premium room for adults with a wooded view on the adult floor with jacuzzi. Pricey at 180 a night for what we got. We got locked out of our room due to a faulty door knob that would not allow my key to go in. Went to the office and they told me that “we forgot to tell you about that lock” sent someone to help break in. Jacuzzi tub jets do not work. The AC is loud and sounds like it’s on its last leg. One little bar of soap was all that was provided. The positives. The trolley does stop here. We were allowed to park here while we got on the trolley before our check in. Bed was fine. TV and channels work. The forest view is nice and it was pretty quiet while we sat outside on the balcony. Mom was really looking forward to that jetted tub and it didn’t pan out. Probably won’t be back

Great location but it's nothing but tweekers and people yelling at all hours of the night. Definitely didnt feel safe. Will never go back there again.
