TRAVELODGE INN AND SUITES FAYETTEVILLE

I will never stay here again. It started out great. Great price. I booked it online. I am a contractor in town for work. I always book an "accessible" room, to guarantee i get a ground floor room. I do this so I can park my truck of tools right outside the room. When i checked in, I double checked with the guy that I could park right outside the room. I told him why. He said, if you dont need the wheelchair room, I can change you to a regular room and you will still be able to park right outside it. I said whatever, im easy, I just need my tools close. He put me in a regular room. When I left this morning, no one was at the desk. I left my key in my room and went to work. I called later and told them I left and the key was in the room. The lady said she had to charge me extra because I got a bigger bed. I said no. I told her what happened. She said she would have to speak to him because that room was more expensive. I said im not paying extra. She basically told me too bad.

I don't want to say too much, but I would like to say this was a memorable hotel stay! Jose' at the front desk was awesome and he is good at this job. We appreciated him!

Clean room, great water pressure and hot water not the Luke warm at other hotels. Will come again! Great for its value didn’t lounge in the room mostly went around town. I will say it’s a little outdated style wise and the tv is cable no streaming services.
