Bed hard, no water pressure, about electrocuted plugging my cpap in. Bed and room not what was in picture. Staff tried charging me again for room already paid for at check in. Staff knocked on door and stole the plunger from the bathroom which was needed after first flush for backed up immediately. Nice touch was the complimentary crack pipe I found along the top of the shower while showering.. Thought might possibly fall through the floor from weak spots under carpet. Other than all that great stay... Oh and the microwave didn't work..

Pleasant clerk made an honest mistake and corrected it when charging my card. I did not understand use of the room key and she politely replaced it for me. There was damage to one room wall, a moldy tub mat, possible bed bug bites next morning. Breakfast room was a shabby presentation. I found a second charge to my credit card even though I was in another state by then.

Must maintain cleanliness. The bed and everything else was unclean and dirty. Nothing in the breakfast table even if it was a breakfast time. Nobody bothered to come and check. Looked very tattered hotel/motel.
