Knights Inn Hot Springs

I wouldn’t let my dog stay there. No fire alarms, cold rooms with no heat, no phones. Seriously ran down. It looks like someone had a garden by the pool area. And then there’s the people they let stay on the backside of the hotel. Better off buying a tent and camping somewhere

I couldn't believe the room I got. It was nothing like the pictures on the website. It stunk, nothing in our room worked, or it had been stolen. There was gum stuck to the headboard. Roaches everywhere. And the sheets looked like they had never been washed! We immediately requested another room at the front desk, a young girl was working she apologized to us and told us they didnt have housekeeping. She gave us clean sheets to change our own bed then promised us a better room the next night. When we went to claim the nice room a rude older womens was working who told us if we wanted to complain we could leave and that we were on private property. This is not a family place I'm pretty sure they were selling drugs in the room nextdoor. Not a place I would leave my car unlocked. Never stay there again.

i woke up to bed bugs crawling asked owner for refund and he calls police on me. under no circumstances do not rent here. the owner acted like he had been through this several times. we called health dept. and im sure nothing will be done. so spend more money and dont stay here you will be sorry
