Travelodge Hot Springs Ar

This hotel is a hovel. It is dirty, unkempt, slovenly and in terrible repair. It is the worst hotel ever! Besides the exterior needing extensive repair work, it is filthy. The room was dirty, holes in the curtains, bedspread and blanket. The ceiling was falling down in some areas. The bathtub was shoddy, curtains falling apart and stains on floor of bathtub. The shower worked! Towels were soft and sometimes stained. Housekeeping did not clean, provided fresh towels only. Highly recommend…do not stay in this hotel! We were there due to eclipse! Never never again. They charged us the whole amount upfront so we couldn’t leave.

what a terrible motel. I mean terrible.We came to jot springs and of course we come during bike rally weekend. You couldn't even talk on the streets because the motorcycles were so loud the entire time! And they felt the loder they reved their engine,the better it made them look.Anyway we pulled in and the man kept giving us the wrong direction to get to our room.He was looking on a map which was wrong and we had to move the car 3 times. We get in the room and it was so hot we put the air on and it took all night just to cool the room off. Besides the air,we went to take showers and get this,there was no COLD water.usually its the other way around. We were burning ourselves so forget the showers! The floor was so dirty that my feet are black..there was no rugs.so obviously no one even washes the floors.cant wait to get out of here

This place has been let go to a point of needing a complete rebuild. I have been told that this is in the wings, so maybe in the future this will be clean, safe and respectful again. As of 12/20/2019 avoid this place.
