Comfort Suites Jonesboro

I don't often rate a budget hotel 5 stars, but this one deserves it. We had a great experience here all the way around. Check-in was very friendly.Our room was very clean and nice and large. The fridge in the room had a small freezer inside, which was super convenient for our needs. The internet was good. The shower was nice. The breakfast was awesome. And all at a very great price. Highly recommend.

Upon arriving, we were greeted by Ashley and she was so helpful and friendly! Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was quick. We ordered uber eats and I met them in the lobby. This is where Ashley went above and beyond. She first off remembered my name from earlier and the said sometimes they forget silverware and gave us some. We got to the room and sure enough they had forgot! I was so impressed that Ashley would go out of her way for something that she did not have to! 100% recommend and this will be my go to when I’m in town!

Sadly the hotel was very dirty. The elevator alone made me cringe every time I stepped on it. It would only have taken a couple of minutes to wipe down the stainless steel and clean up the spills, maybe they are understaffed. But when we came in on Friday night there were two guys at the desk. So, someone could be cleaning and making it a more inviting environment.
