HAMPTON INN - SUITES LITTLE RO

They keep rejecting my review so let me say it as nicely as possible. RUN. RUN AS FAST AND AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!! These are the rudest people. The lobby is being remodeled so that means no where to sit to eat breakfast-hafta stand up, no lobby bathrooms if someone is using yalls and you gotta go? Too bad! I mean the employees have one but that's the only one and no the guests can't use it was I crazy?!?! The manager is super....super aggressive that is.He was leaning into my face, talking all loudly, pointing his finger at me saying I was rude to his host and all this nonsense all over bathrooms.. Never, ever, ever will I stay here again. I would give zero stars if I could.

Getting in and out posed a challenge, but that’s the fault of the city road crews, not the operators of this fine inn. Parking (for a fee, at a structure near the hotel) is easy once it’s explained — on initial check in, you have to unload your car fast in a 7-minute loading zone, but carts are handy. The facility was nicely located and well run.

I highly recommend the Hampton Inn in downtown Little Rock. Special thanks to Deon at the front desk who made us feel at home from the start, he was so friendly and welcoming and patient with our group. The rooms were clean and updated and the breakfast buffet was well-organized and great food. It was rainy during our visit, otherwise I would have loved to spend time on the outdoor patio just behind the hotel. The parking lot was convenient and located behind the hotel. If we had more time, I would have loved to visit the shops and cafes located nearby, as well as stroll the park connecting the hotel to the Clinton Presidential Library. All in all a great stay!
