Value Place Little Rock

This would be a zero rating if I could. This place is a scam- booked a room a week in advance, showed up and there was a chicken scratch handwritten note on the door saying the place was over booked. They told me to contact customer service to get my refund. Now customer service says I need to contact the property to get my refund because they marked me as a no show instead of cancelling my reservation that THEY overbooked and of course the property doesn't answer calls. Its been a week and haven't gotten a response or refund. I thought I was getting a good deal but when I arrived the "lobby" was a 100 degrees and reeked of weed and the kid at the front desk was unhelpful and lied about how to get my refund, or he was just clueless. Either way this property and motel 6 customer service suck- pay a little more and go elsewhere so you don't have to deal with this hassle.

The area is nice, location felt safe. The room is big and ok. My issues came from the bed, they have never ever washed the mattress cover. They don’t even have any to exchange. I’m pretty sure it was blood and other bodily fluids on it. The bath tub did not drain properly so you’d stand in water when taking a shower. The furniture is a little old and worn. But I was ALMOST happy with the stay until the last day and I ended up having to kill 3 roaches in the room. If it wasn’t for the roaches I would have rated higher. For the price it’s ok because you get what you pay for but I didn’t pay to have extra “friends” aka roaches. I did end up going to Walmart to purchase a comforter and mattress cover as I was there several days and couldn’t sleep on the bed as is.

Have been here over 6 months and haven’t had many issue and when I do management handles them swiftly!! Love this hotel and the staff and they are always looking out for the best interest of the guest
