HAMPTON INN NORTH LITTLE ROCKM

Hilton computer system nation wide was down for hours. Couldn't check in with reservation made well in advance. Wasted time waiting. Finally left without room.

This hotel seems to get things right. Front desk friendly, were greeted by Shawn. Very nice and patient, has the right answers and efficient. Rooms have fridges / no freezer and microwaves. 24hr coffee/teas/hot cocoa in lobby. Rooms were done every day without question (so long as 'do not disturb' not on door) which is the first time in a very long drive. Rooms were comfy beds and pillows alike. Enough lighting, desk space and plug ins. Good and clean, spacious baths, large cushy towels and many smaller ones. Breakfast is precooked or oatmeal packets, scrambled or omelets, waffle makers, muffins, breads, juices, fruit, cereals, yogurt, potatoes, sausage etc good selection. My only complaint might be the 24hrs self wash/dryer price is $4 + $4. And don't try to squeeze the cup covers on the coffee cups downstairs. But these will not affect my rating of 5.0 of 5.0 and we would 100% stay here again when in Little Rock.

This hotel was the perfect place to rest on our road trip! It was located off I-40 and surrounded by great restaurants and shopping centers. The hospitality was amazing, the entire hotel was clean with updated rooms and comfortable beds. Free parking and a decent hot breakfast added to an overall pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again.
