Value Place Springdale

My mother and me traveled from East Texas down here to Springdale Arkansas to their establishment where we had a room reserved for two nights my mom has to have stents put in her heart today we got there at midnight last night they said their system was down they couldn't give us our room that we paid for for two nights and reserved they also couldn't give us our money back because the system was down slam the window down on his would not even help us middle of the night another state know where to go my mom haven't had her surgery the next day thank God I was able to call a friend back home and they were able to pay for another hotel room and another location by phone

Worst hotel I've ever been to. They have bed bugs and the rooms were disgusting. The employees were not friendly at all. Very rude to me and my sister. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Would give it a 0 rating if I could.

I found the staff to be really nice always helpful with my questions I have stayed in 3 different rooms and they were all clean and have a covenant full refrigerator, sink and countertop stove close to restaurants and interstate
