Abby's Anaheimer Inn

Staff are rude and unhelpful service is 0 avoid

Avoid this place like the plague. While the stay was fine the blatant theft of additional funds from my travel partners credit card is unbelievable. We booked through bookings.com so the booking was fully paid prior to arrival, on arrival we paid the extra $100 bond as is normal process. On check out they confirmed the deposit was returned. Fast forward to now and we find deposit has not been returned as as a bonus we have now be charged again for the room. $800+ Multiple emails back and forth to sort it out have been met with this hotel blocking us and now not responding to our messages. They even had the hide to be 'offended' by us questioning the double charge. Do yourself a huge favour and stay at the Americas Best Value Inn & Suites. Kicking myself now for not staying there this time.

Small Motel type accommodation. We were made very welcome upon arrival and was not charged any early check in fee. The room was clean, tidy and very comfortable. A great location for the Disney Parks, about 15-20 mins walk away. Facilities in the room included a hairdryer, iron and board microwave and a mini fridge which was great for our drinks purchased from the supermarket across the road, which is open till 4.00 am so you can get your drinks on the way back from the parks for the next day. There is free Wi-Fi but the reception in our downstairs room was not great. One negative is there was no safe in the room so had to carry passports and all cash to the Parks each day. However, overall we would certainly stay here again.
