Anaheim Hacienda Inn And Suite

The Hampton was lovely. The staff was very kind, helpful, and willing to do whatever needed to make our stay excellent. Particularly Bevz was very helpful and courteous with anything we asked for/about. The breakfast was fantastic! Rotating food each day, enough options, fantastic waffles (flavors rotating too! with vanilla still available every morning). The room was a little bit weird, there were no towel hooks for hand towels, and the bathroom door was a sliding barn door. But it kept noise out no problem. The window in our room was kinda weird too, it was totally closed but sounded like it was open a crack— we could slightly hear the music at the pool when the room was silent, but it didn’t bother us at all. The Joe’s Italian Ice teens were a little noisy on weekends revving their vehicles, but we didn’t hear anything on weekday nights, so that wasn’t a problem. The pool was clean, warm, and lovely. Very well-kept. The hotel says housekeeping happens every other day, but one of our “other” days was missed and we ran out of towels and room in our garbage cans quite quickly. Hotel staff was happy to provide more towels though. On the fifth day we received a full housekeeping service which was excellent. Lots of close food places and stores within walking distance, the shuttle system to Disneyland was excellent from this location. Totally would stay here again, my mom and I had a lovely time!
