Marriott Suites

Terrible experience. Spent 3 night there and had no hot water. No notice were given to us about the situation. When we found out and asked for ETA when the boiler would be fixed non were given. No accommodations were offered and they basically didn’t care. Ice machine didn’t work, pools were out of towels, Would not recommend this place. Management don’t care about customers service when they are busy.

Had an amazing stay at Marriott Suites and would love to say that Leo and Rocio at the Restaurant and Brittney and Somaya at the Front desk made our stay so much better. They were amazing and would just go back because of them. Thanks sooo much

Didn’t realize I was signing up to stay at a pet hostel when I booked a stay here . The hotel is full of dogs accompanying their owners including a pit bull that “greeted” us in the lobby . Why are there so many mutts in this hotel ? No way the cleaning stay can keep the rooms sanitary with so many dogs staying there . If that’s not your thing, go somewhere else . If it is your thing then you should feel right at home .
