Menage Hotel Anaheim

Room was not ready at check In said it would be ready 3 hours later. And would call us. Never called us. And then would not be of any help at the front desk. They were rude as hell.

The hotel is in a great location, quick Uber to Disneyland. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was typical and not noteworthy. In room phone did not work. Bathroom was a bit dated. Chips in furniture and on painted doors, etc. Stains on mattress. Bedding was not the same on each bed

If you are a light sleeper do NOT stay here. The freeway noise was unlike anything I have experienced in a hotel. It was unrelenting and at such an extreme volume I was convinced the window or door must not be shut, but it wasn’t. The bed is firm. Pillows very flimsy. The bathroom is tiny but clean enough. The shower shot out so severely that it could not be contained inside the tub, so the floor was pretty wet. The floor was clean from what I could tell. Based on other reviews we all kept our shoes or socks on. We drove in late and didn’t want to spend money at a nicer hotel just to go straight to bed. I am relieved to not have to sleep here again. I gave it two stars since it was clean and the staff were friendly. Yes it is definitely just a motel that has been dressed up to seem nicer, it just isn’t. It is what it is. The front desk staff was excellent. Very friendly and seemed to know what they were doing and were efficient at it. They offered an additional towel right away since we were a family of four, they only provide 3 in the room. Also free bottled water upon arrival.
