HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTEL & SUITES ARCADIA

First of all I want to thank Jasmine, robberina, and the person who was there in the afternoon. They were so helpful. When we arrived Jasmine greeted us and welcomed us, told us about everything. The only thing that I was worried about was there was no tub mat in tub very slipper. But everything else was awesome. We will definitely be back.

Lady at the front desk was super sweet. Room was comfortable and quiet. I’ve stayed here twice for work and would definitely stay here again in the future. The gym was also great and had a free water refill station and lots of equipment. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast and very good

When we arrived Lynn greeted us and was very pleasant. Told us the room we was in and everything. We went into the room and it had a weird smell to which we told Tia when we checked out. She apologized for that and said that floor had just been remodeled. Then trying to go to sleep and the dog next door barked until 11 pm. Then again about 3 and 6 am. We was told that we was upgraded but we had connecting room with someone else. The staff that waited on us was very nice and helpful. I especially want to thank Tia and Lynn.
