We were in Avila Beach for a wedding. Avila Village Inn was close to the ceremony, reception and beach. It was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The inn is done in beautiful craftsman style. The common areas were cozy, comfortable and very clean. Our room was spacious with plenty of storage. The bed and linens were crisp, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the inn's fresh coffee every morning, the staff were very attentive and quick to replace the carafes when they ran out. Very close by was Woodstone Market. They had a really good prime rib sandwich and we picked up snacks to travel with. Next door was a spa where we got to enjoy live music and dinner at a very reasonable price, The staff at Avila Village Inn were exceptional. Serena was at the desk for day shift. Serena exuded warmth and hospitality. She had a ready smile and answered any questions that we had. Simply stated, Serena was lovely. Zeff worked the afternoon/evening shift. The first time I encountered Zeff was when I called for our reservation. I was very pleased to speak directly with Avila Village Inn staff rather than a booking agency. Zeff was helpful in completing my reservation. He was just as charming in person as he had been on the phone. Zeff was a pleasure to work with. I recommend Avila Village Inn highly and without reservation.

We did a stay-cation for spring break and chose to stay at the Avila Village Inn. Upon arrival we learned our room had been incorrectly booked when I called. However, CJ, front desk, worked his magic and managed to get us two rooms so we could indeed stay as we had planned. We loved the hot tub on our deck, the grounds and lawn space to play, and the closeness to the Bob Jones trail. The room has spacious and fun, we had a great time. Only downside to the trip is the fact that you have to pay to use the adjacent pool, and they have no kid size bikes to check out. We opted for the beach instead of pool, and our kids walked the trail instead of biked, and still had a great time. Overall a great experience and the customer service, especially by CJ, was excellent.

Our stay at the Avila Village Inn was so great! The newly remodeled rooms are beautiful! We booked for a family trip and it was so relaxing with the balcony view. The manager Mindy was friendly and welcoming! Mindy suggested for us to ride the bikes to the beach and it was so much fun! We will definitely be back.
