Garden Suites Inn

⭐ 1 STAR Very disappointing two-night stay. The front office staff were extremely rude, unfriendly, and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. The property itself is old, run-down, and desperately needs attention. Our room wasn't welcoming or well maintained, some of the pictures were broken, and our room wasn't cleaned during our two-night stay. The beds were also hard as a rock and extremely uncomfortable. The door lock aka dead bolt did not work either. This is a secruity issue...and a big one. The hot tub was out of commission, which was another disappointment. On top of everything else, there was an overwhelming trash smell around the property—it honestly smelled like being near a landfill. Management really needs to take a serious look at both the condition of this property and the staff they have representing it. We weren't expecting luxury—we expected basic friendly service, cleanliness, comfortable beds, and working amenities. Unfortunately, we didn't receive that. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel.

We stayed for one night at this property, we were passing through on our road trip. We were satisfied with our short stay: clean room, very large, equipped with every amenity, good and varied breakfast, and kind staff. Recommended

The location of the hotel was a good location. The person that tried to check us in the first night was not friendly and we were not checked in because of the deposit which was not told. So the next day we got checked in with the deposit. The light over the sink did not work and the shower was leaking all over thru the threads of the shower head.it seems that they need to make sure the rooms are ready for someone to stay in and this room was not ready.
