He goes above and beyond to do his job with a smile on his face& always makes sure you have everything you need with clean bedding/towels. Best Hotel at this price level in the entire area.

First of all the receptionist was simply wonderful and accommodating!!! The pool was empty on a 102 day! The air conditioner filters were filthy and after I cleaned them, the room was still 90 degrees despite the temp set to 60. All my towels had dark black stains on the. The freezer worked great but the refrigerator only got semi cold. Needed more pillows but I survived. The ash tray outside my door stunk bad! The toilet room window was open making the room over 100 degrees when I walked in. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good after a hot day at work. Lighting was good.
