Best Western Plus Heritage Inn Benicia

The staff is always so accommodating and kind. You always get the feeling that the staff (at every interaction with various staff roles) are grateful to be of service and always provides caring and prompt help. The hotel is always very clean and comfortable. We have stayed here many times and have never had any issues and only walk away very pleased and well taken care of!!!

Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, wonderful experience. I am so glad that I stayed here and not the holiday inn express nor the Best Western in Martinez !!

Very clean and the cleaning staff pay great attention to room cleanliness - Ruth & Rosario are so pleasant! Breakfast two!
