The location is great (an easy walk to the Berkeley campus). But I was surprised by the lack of amenities in the (very small) room: no refrigerator, no microwave, no desk, and no air conditioning...

Cozy boutique hotel in a historical landmark building. Very clean, Excellent breakfasts, lunches and dinners at the Julia's restaurant on the second floor. Very classy service at the restaurant...
