This is a high-end, luxury resort with expectations that come with it. When there’s some miss steps which we had, the staff did hit them directly with solid communication and addressing the issues head on. Once again, the bar is high and they came through with food in the main restaurant which was phenomenal, grounds and landscaping, accommodations and decor, overall facilities with gym , spa and mineral pools. Some improvement needed on quality of housekeeping and front of house service in Mexican restaurant and pool area. Overall excellent but expectation once again are high for the investment made First stay here.
