Camarillo Country Inn and Suites

Very clean hotel! It’s also very quiet and relaxing! We were here for 1 night, but it was a great night. The complimentary breakfast was great as well! There is ample parking and the spots are not far from an entrance into the hotel. Very quaint location in Camarillo. Perfect place for a short getaway. We had a king bed and the room was extremely spacious and the bed comfortable!

My wife, being disabled, has a couple requirements, and she chose this place. When we first walked in the room it was very spacious, requirement #1, I was immediately impressed by the spaciousness. The bathroom, had plenty of capacity for her wheel chair and a good grab bar on the wall, requirement #2, it was, however, a accessible room. The sheets and pillows were primo, a.c. worked well. T here was plenty of electrical outlets on both sides of the bed, although one was dead, but there were still enough for our needs. Internet worked well, I did not use the t.v. I was told when I checked in that the city had scheduled a power outage that night, but not to worry because the hotel had a generator. This was true because it was parked just outside our window. When the power went out at about 9:30, the maintenance crew had a little trouble connecting the generator. I was at least 1/2 of an hour waiting for power, but eventually they got it working. I had to meet my cousin for breakfast so I didn't get any there., but here is what a saw before leaving. They had scrambled eggs, either sausage or bacon, potatoes some fruit and cereal, some bread products, I did have a cinnamon roll, it was okay. There was a pancake robot. You put your plate down and push a button and the robot drops pancakes on your plate. I did not try it. My wife wanted me to tell you about the wonderful coffee she got from the coffee machine. It too was like a robot grinding beans freshly before brewing one cup at a time. She was amazed.

Clean, comfortable rooms with refrigerators that work great and mini-Keurigs, super easy freeway access, Awesome staff! Nice breakfasts. Small bathrooms but no biggie. Will definitely stay here again!
