what I liked about it: spacious rooms, central location, patio space. What I didn't like: Ac was out which was not disclosed prior. Front desk customer service was not professional and made a big deal of me asking for water bottles. Honestly bizarre. But if the AC is out that needs to be disclosed I was traveling with a newborn where room temp is very important.

Beautiful jerky renovated hitel in the heart of Carmel. In my view the best quality to price ratio of any property in Carmel.

Beautiful, freshly renovated property. Rooms were large and very clean. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
