As a resident of Palm Sorings, I have been in many good and a few not-so-good area motels/hotels through the years:. I can honestly say that Sol Springs is one of the good ones. I have stayed here when it was a Travelodge, and the improvements really show. It’s clean, very affordable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the room really needs a new microwave. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay. Solid customer service. Great price. Clean rooms. What’s not to like?

I expected higher quality for the hotel brand, price, and location. The room was not maintained very well and was dirty. The bathroom floor felt sticky. Thankfully my vacation plans did not include staying in the room very much.

Room was filthy bedding was disgusting dirty towels blood on floor and disgusting dirty toilet i am very in happy and disappointed I tried to express my problems not once were they listened too or made right I could’ve at least been offered a different room a clean room
